2. Personal data we process

• Identity: name and surname; title or position (distributor applications).
• Contact: email address, phone number and country.
• Request details: company name, website, industry, surface, area, product, delivery details, product portfolio, your message and any files you attach to a quote request.
• Transaction security: IP address, browser information and server access logs.

Please do not share special categories of personal data (such as health, religion or ethnic origin) in the forms.

• Receiving, assessing and answering sample, quote, technical support, distributor and contact requests.
• Recommending suitable products and preparing quotes.
• Communicating with you and conducting our business relationship.
• Keeping the website secure and preventing spam and abuse.
• Fulfilling legal obligations and requests from competent authorities.

Your data may be shared with competent public authorities where legally required, and with the provider hosting the website, only as needed for these purposes.

Form submissions are delivered to our team by email through Google Workspace (Google LLC), which may process data on servers outside Türkiye. This transfer is carried out under Article 9 of KVKK with appropriate safeguards such as the standard contracts announced by the Personal Data Protection Board.

6. Retention

Form submissions are forwarded to our team by email and kept in the website's management panel on our own server, where only authorised staff can access them. Request data is kept for two years after it is received and then deleted automatically. If the request leads to a business relationship, it is kept for the periods required by law (for example ten years under the Turkish Commercial Code). Security logs are kept for a limited period. Data is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred;

You can submit requests about your rights in writing to the address above, or by registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature or an email address previously registered with us to info@peelflex.com, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the request requires additional cost, the fee set by the Board may be charged.

We take technical and administrative measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, spam filtering, request limits, two-factor authentication for the management panel and restricted access to submissions.
